FullCircle strictly adheres to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) Age-Appropriate Design Code. Real-time location streaming is OFF by default and streams exclusively during active ride broadcasts. Location access is restricted strictly to verified members of your private Family Circle.
1. Personal Data We Collect & Purpose
We process personal data solely to coordinate family transportation and ensure driver/passenger safety under lawful performance of contract and legitimate interest safety bases:
- Account Information: Display names, email addresses, and phone numbers (used for secure authentication).
- Vehicle & Circle Details: Vehicle make/model, registered seats, and Family Circle memberships.
- Location & Telemetry Data: Real-time GPS coordinates and drive safety metrics recorded strictly during active ride broadcasts.
- Virtual Ledger Data: Points and rewards balance within your private circle (KidKoins).
2. Data Protection & Encryption
FullCircle implements industry-standard technical and organizational security controls to protect your data:
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and server endpoints is secured using SSL/TLS 1.2+ protocols over HTTPS.
- Encryption at Rest: Cloud database storage (Google Cloud Firebase) automatically encrypts all user profiles and authentication data at rest using AES-256 standards.
- Zero Data Sales: FullCircle never sells, monetizes, or leases user personal data to third parties.
3. Your Rights (UK GDPR Art. 15, 17, 20)
As a user, you hold complete sovereignty over your data with direct self-service tools inside the application:
- Right of Access & Portability (Art. 15 & 20): You can export your entire profile, ride history, and virtual ledger as a downloadable JSON file at any time from Profile Settings.
- Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten (Art. 17): You can permanently delete your account, credentials, and associated cloud data instantly using the self-service "Delete Account" feature in Profile Settings.
- Right to Complain: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
4. Infrastructure & Sub-Processors
We rely on trusted cloud infrastructure providers operating under strict data processing agreements:
- Google Cloud Firebase: Provides secure user authentication, real-time database indexing, and cloud hosting infrastructure.
5. Data Retention & Auto-Pruning
Active telemetry and ride history entries beyond 20 completed trips are automatically deleted from the cloud database to minimize data footprint.
